We are looking to recruit Senior Associates to Designer level candidates for our Dubai, London and Oxfordshire Studios. In addition, we are looking to recruit CAD/BIM Technicians for our Dubai studio.

Senior Associates should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in independent professional lighting design and be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical, commercial, project management and communication skills. You will be expected to lead a team of designers and head up a variety of projects where you will be involved from the inception to completion.

Associates will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in independent professional lighting design and be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical, project management and communication skills.  You will lead projects within a team environment from concept to completion and contribute to all aspects of the lighting design process. 

Senior Lighting Designers will have a minimum of five years’ experience in independent professional lighting design. As well as creative and technical skills, you will need excellent knowledge of relevant software packages, which should be clearly illustrated in your CV. You will work within a team but should have the ability to run some projects from inception to completion.

Lighting Designers from graduate level to those with some lighting design experience will be considered for the various positions currently available. Excellent knowledge of relevant software packages including AutoCAD is essential. BIM/Revit experience would also be advantageous.  Designers will show creative abilities with a desire to progress within the field of lighting design.

CAD/BIM Technician: Successful candidates should be proficient in using AutoCAD and BIM/Revit. Design training/experience using Photoshop, InDesign and DIALux would also be desirable.

Remuneration for all positions will be commensurate with experience and includes bonus opportunities. The Dubai position enjoys a tax-free environment subject to personal taxation circumstances. Please note that our Oxfordshire studio is in a rural location and does require a car.
