Another year over, and what a year it has been. From the colossal Light+Building to the second successful darc awards/architectural and everything in between, 2016 has been jam-packed for the industry. In light of this, this issue includes our annual product review to remind you of the highlights (pg. 134). Moving away from the technical, issue 94 includes an insightful interview with Stephen Gough (pg. 44) and a detailed profile of architects Sauerbruch Hutton (pg. 52). In terms of projects, this issue features Singapore’s Buddha Tooth Relic Temple & Museum (pg. 70) and, following a visit from our very own editor-in-chief Paul James, Philips’ Netherlands HQ – HTC48 (pg. 62). In terms of art and design, we have covered Dutch Design Week (pg. 92), Bernardi Roig’s immersive art installation Sleepless Light Exercises (pg. 94) and IALD’s Chase The Dark (pg. 98).
