Ideaworks partners with Element7 in USA
(UK/USA) – Lighting design studio Ideaworks has strengthened its presence in North America through a new partnership with luxury flooring company Element7 for its flagship New York showroom, located in the iconic 200 Lex Design Centre. The move will see Ideaworks bring its integrated lighting design, managed supply, lighting control, and project delivery services to the US luxury residential market.
The partnership will give architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients access to a single partner capable of delivering every stage of a lighting project, from concept and specification through managed procurement, logistics, commissioning and long-term support.
James Siddle, Head of Managed Lighting Supply at Ideaworks, says of the partnership: “Beautiful lighting is only one part of a successful project. Every fitting must also be correctly specified, procured, coordinated, delivered and supported. Our managed lighting supply services removes complexity for project teams by providing a single point of responsibility from concept through to completion.
“Lighting control forms an integral part of the service, ensuring every scheme is commissioned exactly as it was designed to be experienced, with intuitive scenes, smooth dimming, and a seamless user experience from day one.”
Working alongside architects, interior designers, contractors and project managers, Ideaworks supports projects through lighting design, control design, managed procurement, international logistics, technical coordination, commissioning and long-term aftercare, helping ensure quality, programme certainty and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
The new showroom presence enables US design professionals to engage with Ideaworks earlier in the design process, benefiting from a coordinated approach that combines exceptional design, dependable delivery and intuitive control.
Element7’s showroom officially opened on 10 September 2026, bringing together a carefully selected collection of British specialists, including Ideaworks, Anka Bespoke, Charlton Brown Architecture & Interiors and CTO Lighting.
The collaborative showroom has been created as a destination for architects, interior designers and private clients seeking a coordinated approach to luxury residential design.
