The LGS 1000 goniophotometer system guarantees precise determination of the spatial radiation characteristics of SSL products, lamps and luminaires. Additionally, energy efficiency can be evaluated accordant to the European Ecodesign Directive for energy-related products. The newly developed burning position correction, presented at Light + Building permits cost-efficient measurement of all photometric quantities of the DUT in a luminaire orientation other than the designed burning position, in conformance with the latest international standard CIE S 025 and EN 13032-4.
