(UAE) – New sole agency agreement to deliver technical, commercial and project management support from specifier to site.

As of the 1 October 2016, Orlight will enter into a sole agency agreement covering the Middle East. Situl Jetha, Design Director at Orlight, is responsible for the development of this venture.

The new sales agency will be responsible for delivering technical, commercial and project management support across all facets and stakeholders from specifier to site,” noted Jetha.

With its product range, Orlight aims to offer its new Middle East clients the Source to Site guarantee that has functioned successfully in the UK. This guarantee ensures complete control of the product from the initial design stage to manufacture and delivery. Ultimately, this ensures that the Middle Eastern customer receives the best value for money, whilst also benefiting from a higher quality product.

Jetha will be working alongside the agency who will support local distributors, lighting designers and developers to ensure the same level of client service is available to its Middle Eastern clients.

He will be spending a considerable amount of time in the United Arab Emirates to guarantee the successful running of this new venture.

The company has invested in an £8 million stockholding, which has reinforced Orlight’s capacity to deliver to the UAE with a reduced lead time. It is their aim to despatch products within 24 hours of order receipt. The in-house manufacturing facility operates stringent Quality Control procedures in addition to spearheading a bespoke product offering.
