WILA joins Nordeon Group

(Netherlands) – Making use of WILA’s reputation in architects and specification market, Nordeon Group’s acquisition of interior architectural lighting brand strengthens its position as international lighting company. 

The Nordeon Group further strengthens its position as an international lighting company through the acquisition of the WILA Group.

WILA is a well known international indoor architectural lighting brand serving customers around the globe from its operations in the UK and Germany. As part of the Nordeon Group, WILA will continue to operate as an independent, entrepreneurial, customer focussed business with the benefit of being part of a larger group. As such it will be able to benefit from the Nordeon Group’s powerful portfolio of brands, its global operations and its technology leadership. This will allow it to further develop the WILA brand, its product portfolio and full customer services abilities around the world.
